Try out Yannick Alléno’s unique four-course menu at STAY. Instead of using traditional methods of making sauces, the famous French chef aims to get the true taste of products via his “extraction” technique. Dishes include red mullet with extraction of onion, celeriac, mushrooms, fennel and carrot, and roasted pineapple with extraction of cacao, mushroom and squash. Dhs450. Ongoing.

My first review I have posted.... just had to. What a great meal. The whole experience was superb. Getting the boat out to Stay made it very unique also. Quality of food was stunning. Rushing back again soon!

Expensive but it was worth it! The best dining experience I have ever had in my entire life! Delicious and very tasty food! Excellent service, friendly sommelier and very romantic location.

We were at STAY yesterday night and we have been delighted!
My husband had the epicurien menu and said it was really good.. There is half a meter desert coming with that menu which was first of all beautiful to the eye and and delicious.... Their macarrons, raspberry sorbet are unforgettable...
I had duck foie gras and duck again as main course and it was amazing!
The service is really good, attention is given to every detail...
This restaurant is a must!!!

We went there for my wife's birthday. Far away but it gives it more exclusivity which makes it a unique place.
The restaurant is average size so you are not bothered by people noise. Very romantic you feel in a different place. The staff is friendly and well trained. They just make enough to make you feel you are important for them ! They don't come to disturb you every minutes which is a good point. Teddy the manager was very nice and the chef came at the end of the diner to discuss with us. Definitively a plus as you really feel you are in a French restaurant with all you could imagine from it.
The food was amazing. We took the Fois gras with passion fruit. A delice! Then Wagyu with pepper sauce. I finished all the sauce! My wife took the confit lamb. Cooked during 4 hours! I hate lamb. But I must admit this was very good!
Dessert are made from the 'cake bibliotheque" where you can help to prepare your desert. Very nice to have some technical explenations from a professionnal! Not to muntion that the desserts are to die for! I had the Cheescake which come in white chocolate balls!
At the end, it was a 800AED night, but it really really diserved it. Bravo!
For the record, the only bad point was the tableclothe which was crumpled and they didn't have a hide price menu for my wife (when you don"t want your wife to know prices that's a problem) ...Details.
