Oh good Today after my disaster experience in Park Central six month ago I been push to try again from my colleague I saw few interesting change around and I felt something is going on starting from the cool music and staff having fun around the floor until I receive my special meal delivered by an Italian guy When I ask what is going on about this different look and service I been told don't worry mangia, I felt to be in New York for the confident service smiling and cool until I try my special Veal milanese which was suggested by the manager. I believe if this guy are from new york like they said a big storm is coming in this place. I happy for the owner to finally understand what was the need of this place. GOOD LUCK PAESANO

My first experience was only for a drink, with a friend. Opted for a refreshing mocktail which was good. We were pestered a few times to order food - even though we had said we were only having drinks. After three requests the waiter finally understood.

Was curious about the food, as the menu had recently been changed. Therefore returned a few days later. The recently introduced lunch menus (as of February 2013) represent very good value for money. Tasty and filling. And living up to the marketing for good healthy food. Service was far better. It looks like more attention is being given to this aspect of the restaurant...

Recommend looking on the daily special, located inside the venue, just above the main door. Soup and drink of the day listed here.

Returned another time just for coffee. Good coffee!
Also tried their deli section; and found this to be good - some items appeared pricey, whilst others were remarkably good value. Overall, happy to have tried again and will return again no doubt.

Bonus to have free Wifi.

Today I asked for a refill for their ice tea and was told that there is none. So that means they charge AED 22 for an ice tea - which is the same like for a fresh juice and more than for a coffee - excuse me?!
Asking for another waitress I was told that she had no clue what ingredient that was as they only had lemon flavor. Huh?! 2 months ago I visited this restaurant and was asked whether I liked a refill for the ice tea - which did cost 20 AED.
To be honest I like the one salad, liked the soup I tried and also their quesadilla and fish tacco - though I find their prices rather high.
But this experience was just DEVASTATING!!

Service is shocking !!!!! Worst service/food I have ever had the misfortune
of experiencing anywhere in the world ! Dont bother ordering delivery as it will either never arrive or arrive 5 hours late !

The posters who say this reminds them of a NY deli !!!!! Really ? Complete Joke

My friend and I have just read the rewiews !!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHA ! Ramo its obvious they are written by the staff ! I also work in the building and this place is an inside joke. The service is appaling!!!!!!! IMAO. Its quite sad when staff start writing reviews in a vain hope to attract custom :) :) :)

However I did pop my head in and must admit the new look is kind of appealing but it takes much more than a look to be a success ! They have a loooooooooooong way to go on so many fronts.

Sorry...not sure who writes these reviews. I worked in the same office block and from the first day they openeded. Typical Dubai level of service...otherwise sub par. If a deli can't prepare a half decent tuna sandwich or melt than frankly hopeless. Salads far from healthy with tons of creamy dressing (e.g. ceaser's). Overall even if you also worked in the same building then I would give it a miss! Also I frankly don't buy into their healthy living/eating thing when they serve shisha!

dubai is desperate for more of these places. Me and the girls love coming here. the food is great, the people are lovely, and they leave us alone. They are not over bearing. what I love the most is that the food is not pretentious. They tell you where everything comes from and is made with out hiding anything. When its not organic they tell you. When it is they tell you.

as a person living in US, i've finally found a place that offers true deli...i love the ambient, and cudos for being opened 24hrs. the steak sandwich is a MUST try, and the entire shop offering their own jelly, bread..feels so homey.. its a piece of new york city plus moms kitchen... it's the best place for chill lunch, after night snack, or a stop to shop good organic groceries on your way home. the food offer is great, specially if you're a food lover and want to have amazing appetizer, main course and delicious desert...and then delicious coffee at the end. in the sea of fast food offerings on SZR, this organic joint is escape.. it just feels like home in many ways

I love the concept of healthy food yet tasty and trendy. You just feel good about yourself eating there. I hate those healthy/organic places makes you feel you are in a clinic, and everything you eat and do in life is bad to your health. This place is a healthy choice that I can always go to again because it is fun :). Waiters and music is cool.

I just don’t get why they keep saying its healthy & natural!!!!! It’s frustrating when places assume they’re the smartest and their guests are either naïve or just plain dumb. They say there bread is organic its not its supplied daily to then by a run of the mill supplier wont name the supplier here as it’s not their fault their product is being marketed as organic! I had a real “foody” come visit from London so I bought a lot of their so called home made product line to show off. My friend told me that there was no way the jam or most of the products I bought for him was either homemade or organic unless homemade or organic in Dubai means direct from a run of the mill canned brand into a glass jar. According to him it was so obvious that it was offensive if Dubai had a proper consumer protection agency this place would be run out of town. I was so embarrassed……..

For the prices they charge you would expect the bread to be fresh!!!! They claim its baked fresh in house:) Yeah right ! The whole concept seems confused like they havent worked out what they want to be.I dont know whats worst the service or the false claims they make sucj as baked in house and no additives etc. Much better choices around. DFIC is your best bet.

I LOVE THIS PLACE... I love the food. It's amazing. It's fresh, it's clean and tastes like it's home made. The service is typical dubai - not consistent but at worst it's still better than others. I love the music, and the attitude. The Food is always simple but very good. I get cravings. :))

This place is a major fail ! Food aint cool - this aint no deli man ! I sure am talking about the same so called deli brother !!! Let me tell you rubbish food wost on shk za road in my opinion. And yes in my opinion the colonels kfc would be the better choice !

Love this place. Are we talking about the same deli people???????
Been there several times and love that its open 24 hours. The people who go there are treated like family as opposed to customers. Lots of friendly faces and loads of regulars. Its becoming a bit of a cult. I myself love the fact that they don't time you with the wifi usage like other coffee shops. Its free all day everyday for as long as you wish. With a place like that I guess a few haters are expected. The dude with the American accent that somebody mentioned grew up in New York and spent pretty much all his life in the States so not sure if that results in a "fake" accent or not, I am guessing not. So all that's left to say is..."you are the weakest link"...goodbye. hahahaha!

I am really surprised at the negative comments PC is getting. I go there a t least twice a week and it is absolutely great. I have no issues with this place and this is not management speaking I tell ya. Food is awesome, takes great and good value. If you feel its too expensive there is always a KFC down the road love :)
I dont believe they ever said it was 100% organic either. They do say though that they stay away from additives and colorants in their cooking which is more than I can say for pretty much all restaurants in Dubai.

I first saw the steak challenge at Park Central and have seen many copy cats since but they are still number 1. This place is one of the first made in Dubai places that we need to support if you consider Dubai to be your first or second home even if its not perfect, what is perfect these days?? Pretty much nothing.

Keep up the good work PC. I support you 200%!

How can they claim they are organic when nothing on the menu is organic ?!?! With the exception of a few items in their silly little store LOL

One of friends told me to check it out as they are 24hr and we were thinking of having a weekly girls night venue before going out on the town but the food is simply horrible & way pricey for what you get. The previous two reviews are obviously from the management :) Which says alot !!!

Come on Dubai bring back the Hard Rock Cafe !!! Please we need a cool place to hang ..............

The place is nicely decorated and the idea as well. Having such healthy food along the 24 hours is hard to find in Dubai .. I even grabbed some fine strawberry jam, hummus and bread to the house and they tasted great too.

I understood they make a nice breakfast also, but haven't try it yet...

Cool service and friendly people :)

Went there recently as an associate was staying in the apartments. Couldnt believe how rude the owner was to his own staff !!!! Made out he knew it all when in fact he was your typical "wanna be" Had to leave was way too put off by this arab guy with a fake american accent - the owner according to my friend !

What little food i tried was rubbish. But the idea of a steak challenge is cool shame they dont have any real marketing experience to pull it off!

the food is not that good and actually tasteless, they claim it is healthy but it is not, shouldn't it be clean to be healthy? The service is probably second worst if you compare to those restaurants in Naif street.

they got this stale tin can taste in every dish or sandwich they serve, I couldn't eat my food so I tasted my friends food. no finished her plate.

the big question mark is why is it that expensive? too expensive and surely no value for money.

will never go back there again not even recommend it to those i want revenge from :)
