A spacious warehouse-style kitchen and restaurant that overall does not disappoint

The restaurant has the capacity of turning average to good ingredients into average or poor dishes. For example, the only thing in common between More's Caesar Salad and a correctly made Caesar Salad is the name and fish in the "fish and chips" is mostly soggy batter.
More generally, the More experience feels like a recipe that worked once in the past but that has degraded over time. It's a management issue and it needs addressing.
