I am planning to invite some of my EGYPTIAN friends for Authentic Kashmiri Wazwan in Dubai.
I wonder if there exists any real Kashmiri restaurant in DUBAI serving all courses in traditional style.
Suggestions will be highly appreciated.

We went on 21st Jan. Noboby in a large room with a kitch deco. We ordered indian courses. It was very BAD, poor meat quality and sauce. All dishes and drinks are over priced. Just one advice: DONT GO there.

Wazawan sounds appealing with it's claim of specializing in Kashmiri food. In a city with countless Indian restaurants lacking a point of difference Wazawan sounded a refreshing change. The restaurant is nicely done up. Unfortunately located in a lifeless, desolate mall on Beach Road this restaurant lacks customers altogether.
We spent an evening here with the restaurant to ourselves - so clearly no ambience to look forward to. And the supposedly specialty Kashmiri menu boasts no more than 5 Kashmiri/Indian dishes. The rest of the menu is a mix of Italian, oriental, and some other uncomplimentary and boring food.
To round off a dull evening of totally mediocre food, Wazawan treated us to a startling bill that will ensure we never return. With an average main course priced at AED 80 there are loads of better premium Indian restaurants in Dubai that offer great quality and tasting food with a hell of a lot more ambience.
Wazawan is best avoided. Happy eating.
