Marinade • 200g yoghurt • 100ml cream • 10g cheddar cheese • 10g white pepper • 5g green cardamom • 5g black salt • 1 tbsp roasted gram flour • 5g garam masala • Salt to taste
1 Put the lamb chops into a clean, dry mixing bowl and add the ginger garlic paste, malt vinegar, caraway seed and salt. 2 Let the lamb chops marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature. 3 In another mixing bowl, mix the marinade ingredients mentioned above with a whisk. 4 Put the lamb chops into the marinade and let it rest for two hours. 5 Skewer and cook in a medium-hot tandoor (or on a barbecue) until cooked to your preference. 6 Serve hot with mint chutney.
