Food: Buffet tables abound with international food with a South-East-Asian twist. There are also live cooking stations and a mini-buffet for kids.
The set up: There is a expansive outdoor terrace with a cracking view of the beach and Burj al Arab. The decor is South-East Asian, with white linen curtains and rustic wicker chairs – it has a real holiday vibe. There’s a Mexican band of guitarists and a magician for kids.

I'm only writing because I don't understand how this restaurant is considered award winning??? Timeout come on.....
I go to restaurants based on your feedback and i'm not sure if I have that much confidence any more.....
Yes the decor is good... the kids section has no aircon and there is nothing for them to do.... just a room
Now regarding the food.... "international food"... how... its all East Asian.... nothing wrong with that.. however how you had it phrased sounded that there were alternatives to the spicy and chilli...
I will read the feedback from reviewers from now on.....
