The Friday brunch is something of a Dubai institution.

Time: 1pm-4pm

Food: You will find one of the biggest choices going at Bubbalicious. Spread across three neighbouring restaurants, you can pick from meat goodies at Hunters Room & Grill steakhouse, anything and everything at the international Blue Orange and South-East Asian delights at The Spice Emporium. Buffet tables and live cooking stations abound.

The set up: All three restaurants have terrace areas with views of the hotel’s pools and the sparkling Gulf beyond and there are big tables for rowdy groups of friends celebrating birthdays and hen parties. Chinese acrobats wow the crowds with tricks involving everything from fire to tables and vases. There is also a live jazz band and the kids are spoilt with a petting zoo, indoor cinema, face painting, bouncy castle and a PlayStation room.

Post-brunch plan: Head up to Senyar or Oeno Wine Bar for the Bubbalicious Late Edition, where guests enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free offer on selected beverages (including bottles of bubbly) from 4pm-8pm.
