Ingredients 150g beef tenderloin 50g carrots 50g potatoes Broccoli Red and yellow pepper Mustard Oil Salt Pepper Teriyaki sauce
Method Marinate the beef in salt and pepper. Boil the carrots, potato and broccoli, but be careful not to over-boil. Pan fry the beef in a small amount of oil. Add the teriyaki sauce. Pan fry the boiled vegetables and peppers together with the beef. Arrange artistically on the plate. Serve hot.
