How do I use my card?
It couldn’t be easier simply present your card on arrival and the discount will be deducted from the bill. Bingo!

I have just signed up. When can I have my card?
If you opt for office collection, you can collect your card immediately from the Time Out Tickets Box Office located in Dubai Media City. Click here for location map and timings. It couldn’t be easier!

If you opt for courier service, your card will go out for delivery next working day (Dhs25, cash on delivery).

I have registered for my card but have not received it yet. What do I do?
If you are yet to receive your card, please collect it from the Time Out Tickets Box Office located in Dubai Media City. Click here for location map and timings. The card can be collected five days a week, Sun-Thu between 9am and 6pm.

Alternatively, if you would like to have your City Card delivered (Dhs25, cash on delivery), email us on citycard@timeoutdubai.com with your full name, email, mobile number and physical address.

I am now unable to collect my card, can I have it couriered?
Yes, if you are now unable to collect your card, please send an email to citycard@timeoutdubai.com with your full name, email, mobile number and physical address. The cost of courier is Dhs25 (cash on delivery).

Can somebody collect the card on my behalf?
Yes, simply provide your confirmation email and a copy of your photo ID and a friend or colleague can collect your card for you.
