Mix well.5 Start boiling the rice.6 Cook the chicken in the oven for about 15 minutes.7 Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and onions and cut the peppers into chunks. Take the chicken from the oven and add the onions, tomatoes, peppers and olives.8 Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with mixed dried herbs.9 Mix and place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is done. Serve with rice and extra mango chutney.
