Form six burgers from the ground beef and fry in a bit of olive oil on medium heat for three minutes on each side.6 If you want the burgers well done, lower the heat, cover with a lid and fry for 3-4 more minutes.7 Grate the ginger so that you get one tablespoon and mix with yoghurt and mango chutney.8 Slice the cucumber, tomatoes and onion, clean and part the lettuce.9 Serve together with the beef burgers, buns, chutney sauce and sweet potato wedges.
