What career journey did you take before joining your restaurant? I have been cooking since my childhood in my family house in Tuscany, and 14 years of experience in professional kitchens between Italy, UK, France, Australia and Middle East.
Why should Time Out readers try your restaurant? Delphine is fresh from the heart of Hollywood and the only southern Californian bistro cuisine with a local touch in Dubai. People who have experienced Delphine US and Delphine Dubai are quite surprised that the Dubai venue has replicated the authenticity of the food and service so well.The Dubai outlet however is a little more chic an sophisticated compared to the laid-back LA based Delphine.
What’s the best thing about dining at your restaurant in 2015? Fresh seasonal ingredients, simple food done properly, and a friendly environment.
What’s your dish recommendation at your restaurant? One must try the fresh, locally produced burrata, and slow cooked short rib and ofcoursedon’t forget the homemade desserts.
