Why should Time Out readers try your restaurant? It’s a novel Indian cuisine concept evolving from the French occupied colonies of India, also offering traditional food from different regions of India in a modern and chic setting. Located in the heart of the city, in The Address Dubai Mall, with the cuisine taking centre stage, we also offer an extensive selection of global wines and exotic cocktails in the Lounge bar whilst the dinners are entertained by our resident Jazz Duo playing classic notes to complete a unique dining experience. From the when guests enter the restaurant to the minute they leave, we ensure to create a memorable dining journey.

At La Porte des Indes we take the diners on a gastronomic tour of India, rooted from Pondicherry region, a former French colony in Southern India, featuring exceptional regional dishes reflecting flavours of the diverse communities of India with a French flair, our talented team of chefs whip up exotic dishes which will for sure have your palette yearning for more, our knowledgeable wait staff will expertly guide you with the wine pairings with different courses.
What’s your dish recommendation at your restaurant? Crevettes Assadh is one dish to crave from the menu, it’s a non-complicated recipe of tiger prawns stewed in a rich coconut cream finished with green mangoes, the richness of the coconut cream and the tanginess of the green mango really complements the sweetness of the tiger prawns.
