What’s your top tip for visitors to Dubai? Wherever you go, talk to people! Everyone is friendly, and really helpful. Ask them about places they have visited. Great way to meet new people and to find the best places in town.
What one thing would you like to do in Dubai that you haven’t done before? I’d really like to do the desert safari, and although I’ve done one before, I’d really like to skydive over here too.
What career journey did you take before joining your restaurant? From the age of 15, I’ve been working in a kitchen. So the craving and the drive is there to become the best you can be. I’ve worked in numerous types of cuisines too, from French to British, and six years in Pan Asian cuisine.
Why should Time Out readers try your restaurant? It’s still a relatively new restaurant, driven by a wide variety of people striving to excel. We want to offer a great venue to come to for all occasions.
What’s the best thing about dining at your restaurant in 2015? Continuous offers during the course of the week. Fantastic brunch deals and great roasts of a weekend. Ideal for when the football is on. The occasional ‘one night only’ evenings should not be missed either!. They sell out fast!
What’s your dish recommendation at your restaurant? Definitely the Grilled Salmon main course. Great for the really hot months of Dubai, really light, summery and refreshing. A good burger with melted cheddar and red onion jam doesn’t go a miss either.
