What’s your top tip for visitors to Dubai? I'm still amazed by the Burj Khalifa observation deck so that would be my recommendation for any visitors.
What one thing would you like to do in Dubai that you haven’t done before? I would like to do the Dubai Culture Tour: Deira Gold Souk and Bur Dubai Village.
What career journey did you take before joining your restaurant? I acquired all my knowledge having worked in hospitality for almost 10 years in London. I studied at Westminster college to improve my skills. I’ve had the opportunity to work with different cuisines but my challenge now is working with cuisine that I grew up with in Brazil. I’m excited to share this with everyone in Dubai.
Why should Time Out readers try your restaurant? Because all the traditional Brazilian dishes will be present on the menu but not only that, we’re offering a unique atmosphere and we’re placed in a central location in Dubai.
What’s the best thing about dining at your restaurant in 2015? We’ve only recently opened our doors and with excellent dishes, exotic flavours, traditional Brazilian music and a ‘calorosa’ welcoming, it’s definitely a must try for all.
What’s your dish recommendation at your restaurant? As a Brazilian, I recommend the Picanha, Pastel De Carne and the Alcatra.
