Brunch is back, and these are five new feasts we think you should try
La Residence Restaurant & Lounge
Launching next month, on Saturday August 15, the restaurant of Michelin star chef Frederic Vardon will offer a regular Saturday brunch. On offer at this event is a 14-course sharing menu of French cooking, served with a soundtrack of music played by the DJs. The Grosvenor House’s all-day-dining spot has launched a new seafood-themed Friday brunch. The selection includes lobster, jumbo prawns, oysters and more. The signature brunch event at Four Seasons Resort Dubai takes place at Suq, where you’ll be able to sample an international selection of cooking from the buffet displays, including Middle Eastern, European and Asian dishes. Holding its post-Ramadan re-launch this week on Friday July 24 is the brunch at Peruvian restaurant Tesoro inside the new Taj Dubai. The Peruvian selection of dishes is served at the buffet. The Act Dubai Launching on Friday July 31 is a new weekly event at The Act Dubai, ‘the brunch club’. It will offer Peruvian set menus, live singers and DJs, plus after-brunch drinks packages.
