What’s your top tip for visitors to Dubai? Well I think you have to hit the malls, I know all my family and friends love to see the fountains in Dubai Mall. I also love to show my visitors around Madinat Jumeirah, so maybe places to eat and drink and it really is a wow with the abra and the very Arab style of decor.

What career journey did you take before joining your restaurant? I worked with Angela Hartnett in the Connaught Hotel for Gordan Ramsay, Gary Rhodes at Grosvenor House Dubai, Capital Club in DIFC, Cavali Club before joining Pierchic.

What’s the best thing about dining at your restaurant in 2015? The amazing food, we have a range of seafood from all around the world. The spectacular views that we can offer at Pierchic will blow you away. The service is friendly to help you with your culinary experience. Then there is the unique but special venue, the have a drink or dinner on the end of a pier with the sea splashing around you. If you’re lucky enough you can see the fish in the sea too.
What’s your dish recommendation at your restaurant? Roasted Yellow Tail, Celery Root, Green Apple, Black Truffle Sauce.
