What is the best dish you’ve ever tasted in your life and who made it? That’s a pretty unfair question as I don’t have one. I can tell you two of the best meals I ever had however. The first being the first ever meal I had at the restaurant Terroir in London. Ed Wilson was the head chef at the time and it was so good that I started working for him a month later. Secondly was a meal I had at The French Laundry in California. It was pretty spectacular.
