What's your top tip for visitors to Dubai? Be sure to visit restaurants in Dubai, there are so diversely represented different cuisines of the world, that in a few days you can taste "the whole world". Including Slavic cuisine restaurant Vesna.
What one thing would you like to do in Dubai that you haven't done before? I would like to sky dive above the Palm Jumeirah, it would be my 14th time sky diving. Also I'd like to drive a Jeep in the desert.
What career journey did you take before joining your restaurant? Before I took up the project of the Vesna restaurant , I worked in Russia and studied old recipes, collecting them from cookbooks and culinary family records. I traveled to Europe to collect old recipes in villages. For example, one of Sicily's old ladies shared with me the original recipe for the fish soup, which I use to this day, adding a little of my developments.

I think what we've got a great cosy restaurant where you can sit in very comfortable chairs and enjoy a delicious meal, while observing the work of our team of cooks, because the kitchen is completely open. You can even go and see how we prepare your food. And of course, complement the pleasant atmosphere of the dinner along with non-intrusive service and pleasant live music.
What's the best thing about dining at your restaurant in 2015? Be sure to try the Okroshka - a cold soup of lyabneh and vegetables in the promptness with tender veal SousVide, this dish is served in a bowl of ice with flowers inside. Very nice and tasty. Try the chicken cutlets homemade family recipe, combined with grechotto - this dish will surprise you with its originality and at the same time the most memorable taste of home cooking.
Aside from where you work, where else do you like to dine in Dubai and why? I know that Gordon Ramsay opened a restaurant in the city [Bread Street Kitchen]. He is the one I would go to for dinner.
What is the best dish you've ever tasted in your life and who made it? The best dish I tried in my life is my mother's soup. A tastier one probably does not exist because it is not just a delicious soup, but it's the atmosphere of home cooking and care with which it was prepared.
