Gazpacho

ツス garlic
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
1 celery stick
1 cucumber
2 onions
ツス bunch of basil
08 tomato
100g balsamic vinegar
100g olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method
窶「 Clean and chop all the vegetables.

窶「 Mix all the vegetables and marinate it during 3 days.

窶「 Blend every think and strain it.

Goat cheese

1 fresh goat cheese
70g black olive
15 basil leaves
10 tomato comfit
50g pine seed
2 artichoke
Salt and pepper

Method
窶「 Chop the olive, tomato comfit, artichoke, and basil.

窶「 Mix it with the fresh goat cheese and check the seasoning.

窶「 Add the pine seed and little bit cream if the mix is to thick.

Poached crayfish

Crayfish
1 onion
1 soup of white vinegar
1 celery
Salt and pepper
1 carrot
1 leek

Method
窶「 Clean and chop all the vegetables.

窶「 Put in pan water add the vegetable and boil.

窶「 When the water boil add the crayfish and cook it during 4 minutes.
