Pan fried Scallops

4pcs scallops meat
1000g celery root
300g onion
1ltr milk
1 stick vanilla
PM veal juice
PM salt and pepper

Method
窶「 Pan-fried the scallops a la minute.

窶「 Clean the vegetables, and chop it.

窶「 Cook slowly in a pan the onion, and after 5 minutes add the celery with the cream.

窶「 Cook slowly during 1h30 and blend everything until smooth.
