Chocolate Fondant
150g chocolate
150g butter
2pcs eggs
2pcs egg yolk
60g icing sugar
16g flour

Mascarpone Sorbet

1dl trimoline
50gr sugar
1dl water
1/4 stick vanilla
750g mascarpone, lemon juice
250g raspberries

Method
Chocolate Fondant
窶「 melt chocolate

窶「 melt butter

窶「 whisk sugar, egg, egg yolk

窶「 add chocolate and butter mixed together

窶「 add sieved flour

窶「 put on ramequin with butter and flour

窶「 cooked at 180 degrees for 8-9 minutes

Mascarpone Sorbent
窶「 mix sugar, water, trimoline and vanilla stick all together, and boil for 1 minute

窶「 when cold add mascarpone and lemon juice and blend till smooth consistence

窶「 put the mix into a ice machine take out when ready
