Method 窶「 Peel and deseed the pumpkin. Cut into slices of 5 mm. Braise in olive oil until they are soft but still stable.
窶「 Cut Feta Cheese in 5 mm slices. Build up layers of pumpkin and feta cheese and wrap into Clingfilm. Allow to chill for 6 hours. Cut into square pieces 5 x 5 cm.
窶「 Passion fruit oil: Open the passion fruits and let the seeds simmer in their juice with honey. Strain and blend the pulp with olive oil and salt.
