What made you want to open a restaurant? When you’re passionate about food you can’t be confined within the walls of an office. I’ve travelled the world, collecting unique recipes and flavours. House of Pizza is my culinary dream come true.
You used to work in medical labs. Will you bring science to your creations? Without a doubt. Cooking is a science; a blend of ingredients and a series of multiple chemical reactions. My background led me to distil the secret formula for perfect pizza dough.
