Hammour ceviche

600g of hammour ceviche
2pcs of hass avocado
500g of tortilla chips(like the one you get in the supermaket,doritos or any other brand).

To maker the hammour ceviche
700ml lemon juice
50g sea salt
250g diced white onion
150g chopped cilantro(fresh coriander)
600g hammour filet (in small cubes)
70ml cholula sauce(you can get this one in carre four where is the tabasco sauce section)
130ml honey
350g diced tomato
900ml ketchup

Method
窶「 In a mixing bowl place the fish with the lemon juice and salt for about 3 hours (stir every 20 minutes).

窶「 After is been marinated for all this time add the diced onion, cilantro, tapatio sauce and the rest of the ingredients and seasoned with salt.

窶「 Cut the avocados in slices as a garnish for the ceviche.
