Sushi rolls

California Rolls
30g sushi rice
10g avocado
5g crab stick
1g seaweed sheet
2g tobiko
10 –15cc soya sauce
10g lemon and parsley

Method
• To prepare the California roll (8 pieces of 1roll) – on a bamboo mat lay a piece ofseaweed sheet.

• Put the rice on top and spread it evenly.

• Turn the sheet upside down with the rice facing the bamboo mat.

• Put the avocado, crab stick on top horizontally on the seaweed and roll it properly with the bamboo mat until it becomes cylindrical square.

• Take the roll and cover it with tobiko; then slice it into eight equal lengths.

• Serve on a plate with lemon, parsley and soya sauce on the side.]

Seafood Stick Rolls
30g sushi rice
5g seafood stick
1g seaweed sheet
10 – 15cc soya sauce
10g lemon and parsley

Method

• To prepare the seafood stick roll (8 pieces of 1 roll) – on a bamboo mat, lay a piece of seaweed sheet.

• Put rice on top and spread it evenly.

• Arrange the seafood stick on top horizontally on the seaweed and roll it properly with the bamboo mat until it becomes cylindrically square.

• Slice it into eight length and serve on a plate with lemon, parsley and soya sauce on the side.
