1750g lamb mince 300g white onion 500g tomato 150g dill leaves 500g rice 150g parsley local 1500g wine leaves 70g cumin powder 50g black pepper Salt to taste 50g red pepper powder 100g yogurt 300ml olive oil 150g carrot 1pc lemon whole 150g celery root 100g whole garlic
Method 窶「 First soak the wine leaves before one day make your mixture lamb mince, chopped onion tomato parsley dill leaves, salt black pepper red pepper powder, 100 ml olive oil, salt and rice then mix altogether keep a side put the mixture on wine leaves wrap it one by one.
窶「 Cut the carrot, lemon, celery root and garlic casually put in the cook pan dawn side.
