I have to agree with Christian.
The places I brunch at only put out enough food for the numbers of people and there is very little wastage.
TBH I have been to restaurants and ordered a la carte and and left more food on my plate at the end of the meal than I ever had at a brunch - I only take what I know I will eat.
I have also found that all the venues we visit have downscaled the variety of foods available at each brunch to ensure less wastage.
I hope the Dubai brunch continues, they do them so well and the very idea of a buffet back in the UK, etc is SO unappealing!

I would love to see an end to all the buffets morning, noon and night in this region.
We are are wasting tonnes of food.
Perhaps if we stop ordering the buffet and start to order off the menu, it may slow down.
THate to sound like my grandad, but there are people starving not a million miles away.
is this waste really necessary?
