Combining numerous food and drink live stations - but with a twist - guests can gorge on ceviche, tacos and traditional South American refreshments. Prices will start at Dhs298 (soft drinks), Dhs398 (house beverage), Dhs548 (bubbly).
So what about that twist? Coya want to educate your mind as well as inflate your waist, so cooking stations will be interactive, allowing foodies to find a little more about - and even get involved in - the preparation of ceviche and other dishes.
Beyond that, hot plates and desserts will be served to the table.
That means you can look forward to, as we described from a visit last year, 'red snapper ceviche that floods the table with truffle aroma, a lovely balance of heady, sharp and fresh yuzu'. There might also be 'plated scallop tiradito, delicate and elegant in appearance as taste'. And what about 'a salad of corn that makes excellent use of Peru’s many native varieties, ranging from crunchy and nutty to plump and creamy.' You get the picture.
