The pastry mastermind behind Rise & Dawn Bakehouse is Dave Sanderson, executive pastry chef of Bull & Roo.
The bakehouse is the newest member of the Bull & Roo Group, and is located at The Sum of Us café at Mall of the Emirates. It is serving up quirky baked goods including éclairs, maracon and cronuts (you know, the croissant/doughnut totally excellent hybrid).
The doughnuts are free until they run out so you’d best hurry. We’re setting our alarms now…
