Mouth-watering additions across Dubai, plus a new Italian opening
We love seeing new dishes arrive at restaurants across the city, and this week has seen three new menus launch at some of our favourite places, and you need to check them out. There’s also a brand-new Italian restaurant opening up in Business Bay, so mark your calendars and go fill your face with tortellini.
Flow’s healthy eating sharing menu Flow is already known for its health-conscious dining options, boasting 45 dishes for the diner who diets, and the restaurant at Jumeirah Emirates Towers has just upped the ante. Twenty new dishes have been added to the menu, including all-day breakfast items, snacks, sharing platters and salads. Enjoy a brand-new summer vegetable egg white omelette, a new shrimp slider in a spinach bun, teriyaki beef salad plus new mezze, garden, land and sea platters. Open Sun-Thu 7am-8pm, Fri-Sat 7am-5pm. Pierchic’s shellebration menu The summer celebration of all things seafood continues with a menu dedicated to all things Italian. Expect a menu full of Mediterranean inspiration, including Catalana di crostacei, a poached crustacean platter served with vegetable crudités, as well as lobster and kind crab options. The new menu is only available for a limited time, so seafood aficionados do not want to miss this. Available from Sun Jul 23 until Sat Aug 5. Tortellini, Dubai’s newest Italian restaurant This new Business Bay joint is inspired by the restaurants and gastronomy of Italy’s culinary capital, Bologne. Enjoy traditional Italian appetisers, pastas, pizzas, meats, seafood and more. You might be surprised to hear that the signature dish is, of course, tortellini – a traditional ring-shaped pasta filled with meat or cheese and served in sauce, broth or pesto. Daily from 11am-1am. Yuan’s ramen noodle menu One of the city’s top Chinese restaurants, Yuan at Atlantis The Palm, has just unveiled its brand-new ramen noodle menu. Inspired by the traditional Chinese La Mian noodle dish, five new dishes grace Yuan’s new menu, including Shanghai Style and Szechuan Style, giving you a noodle delight any day of the week.
