Dig into classics including spaghetti carbonara, penne all’arrabbiata or tagliatelle al ragu. There’s also a range of oven-baked dishes including gnocchi all Sorrentina (covered in tomato sauce with buffalo mozzarella) and cannelloni alla Bolognaise.
We especially like the sound of the mezzelune verdi al salmone – half-moon ravioli with salmon, ricotta and samphire, doused in a rich lobster cream.
“This exclusive summer season menu allows customers to escape from the searing heat with a fresh bowl of pasta. We may not be in Italy but that’s no excuse for not having memorable Italian experiences,” says chef Antonio.
