The Noodle House turns 15 and promises 50 brand-new menu items
The Noodle House, one of Dubai’s most popular home-grown Asian eateries, has undertaken its biggest refresh and rebrand in its 15-year history.
The Noodle House’s revamp will be revealed at the Souk Madinat Jumeirah location on Sunday August 13, with the five other outlets being updated in the coming weeks. You can look forward to dishes and décor inspired by the bustling street markets of Jakarta. Expect to see a range of colourful and cultural sights and themes, and a totally traditional approach to Asian dining.
Diners have been promised the “sticks-hands-spoons” way of dining, which The Noodle House says is the authentic Asian way of eating the quickest, freshest food – using your hands, chopsticks and spoons.
The revamped menu will include classics such as Singapore noodles, curry laksa and wasabi prawns, but also 50 brand-new dishes from across Asia. New menu items include soy crackers, tempura baskets, pandan chicken dumplings, soft shell crab steamed baos, Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches, miso salmon and orange-glazed short ribs.
The menu also features dedicated pages for noodles, with caramelised beef ramen, pad see ew and beef soba all appearing on the menu for the first time. There are also three new types of noodle variety to enjoy, including knotted taro noodles, udon noodles and soba noodles. In total, there are 14 different types of noodle dish cooked in a wet or wok style.
The new menu will be available for delivery towards the end of August.
