The new brunch houses a buffet with a feast of Friday treats including a bakery section with a range of home-baked bakes, as well as a salad bar with classic prawn cocktail, smoked salmon, crab salad, mini pies and oysters.
For main course there’s a rotisserie station with meats including chicken and lamb, plus all the traditional trimmings such as roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds and more. Plus what’s a brunch without a chocolate fountain or candyfloss station?
Meanwhile, if you’re after something a little different (and love sandwiches and cakes) the afternoon “Partea” offering on a Saturday is for you.
Head to the brightly coloured Tea Lounge on the third floor of the hotel for a “quintessential taste of Britain”. Dig into finger sandwiches, cakes and scones, as well as a huge range of teas including a black tea with macadamia nuts and chocolate or a matcha latte.
Traditional sandwiches such as cucumber and cream cheese, or roast beef and horseradish finger sandwiches are on the menu, while cakes include slices of Battenberg and mini lemon meringue pies. You can also upgrade to a bubbly option.
