Signature starters include stuffed Portobello mushrooms with truffle dust, cooked in the tandoor and topped with a rich truffle and mushroom sauce, parmesan crumble and truffle sand.
There will also be a duck seekh kabab with plum, which is skewered, seasoned and topped with a goat’s cheese mousse.
Other interesting new dishes include rara mutton, being lamb cooked on a slow heat with onions and tomatoes, served with seared foie gras.
The menu is rounded off with a signature PB &C nougat bar, combining ice cream with crunchy peanut nougat and valrhona ganache. There’s also a lotus mess, with berries, cream and lotus biscuits.
