The Burj Khalifa restaurant is hosting Sergio Herman
Dining at At.mosphere is an occasion enough in itself. But next week a Michelin-starred chef will be serving up his culinary creations – 122 floors up the Burj Khalifa.
Three-starred chef Sergio Herman will be taking to the kitchen on Wednesday November 22 and Thursday November 23. Diners will have the chance to try the legendary chef’s food, paired with grape. Guests are sure to be delighted with an eight-course menu at the world’s highest restaurant.
The Dutch chef will be preparing dishes including including Zeeland oysters, creamy North Sea crab, scallops with yuzu, New Zealand mussels prepared with aged cheese, langoustine caviar and lobster fregola with truffle.
Chef Herman is best-known for his World’s 50 Best Fine Dining restaurant regular, Oud Sluis, in Netherlands where he cooked for 25 years.
Chef Sergio received his first Michelin star in 1995 and four years later Oud Sluis gained its second one. A third star was won in 2005.
