And he’s now off to F1 supremo Flavio Briatore’s Billionaire Mansion in Taj Dubai as Executive Chef, where he’ll be working in Japanese restaurant Sumosan.
As well as that news, which is sure to excited Dubai’s most discerning diners, Billionaire Mansion is also launching two night brunches.
The Hub will be held every Thursday night from 8pm until midnight on the terrace as well as in the bar, restaurant and lounge. Dishes include calamari with chilli, gyoza with spinach, gnocchi all’arrabbiata, ravioli with butter and sage, as well as a selection desserts. Once the brunch ends, head to the club to dance to tunes spun by DJs Mr Shef Codes, Skinny Loop and Timothy Knight
On a Friday night there’s another offering, boasting a chilled-out vibe, signature dishes and unlimited drinks from 7pm until midnight. Dishes on the menu include burrata with cherry tomatoes, wagyu gyoza, pizzas, Alaskan black cod and a selection of sushi.
Both brunches come in at Dhs450 for house beverages, while there’s a bubbly option on a Friday for Dhs650. Ladies, you’ll also get free drinks until 3am as part of Billion*Her night on a Friday.
