Ever since it opened, Make’s quirky, slightly daft moniker had people talking. Drop in and you’ll see why: the venue is a slick, minimalist workspace – specially designed for freelancers, creative types and intimidatingly trendy people with Macbooks. The menu is equally slick and minimalist, offering a choice of salads, a selection of open flatbread sandwiches and light meals. There is also an all-day breakfast menu to choose from, featuring a couple of egg dishes, soufflés and hot cakes. All of the dishes are lovingly crafted and taste pretty good too, though are a tad expensive. Where Make Business Hub excels, however, is its coffee – the creatives have to keep caffeinated, after all.
