From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2007

This shopping mall stalwart has a deserved reputation for good, well-prepared Italian food at reasonable prices. The signature pizza with thick chunks of salmon, garden-fresh rocket and broad swathes of marinated artichokes is well worth sampling, while the chicken and roasted peppers pizza is another success.

Crucially, in terms of Biella’s Italian credentials, the coffee is excellent. Wash your pizzas down and acquire energy for additional shopping with light and frothy cappuccinos and silky smooth espressos. If you’re after a quick and light bite to eat that won’t break the bank, Biella is the ideal café.

Having been regular visitors @ Biella, Wafi for the last 12 years, we were disappointed by our recent visit on the weekend. The food, service, ambience etc were excellent as always. The restaurant has maintained its standard throughout. However their pricing really surprised us.
Dhs 21 for a large bottle of Aqufina.
Dhs 59 for a Margherita pizza
Dhs 63 for a Penne Arrabiata/Spagetti Aglio
Dhs 67 for a Caprese Salad
Dhs 73 for a veg lasagna
I do appreciate that costs and consequently prices have gone up in Dubai over the last couple of years, but still Dhs 21 for a bottle of local water is a bit over the top.
Will think for other alternatives before I visit Biella again.

Have been there at a number of times already and have never been disappointed. Especially their fresh pastas are a great on the palate.
