The Jumeirah Rotana’s perennially popular boozer, based on the bar in Cheers, is an unpretentious bar where the football’s always on the television and the queue for the bar tends to be long. It’s especially popular on quiz nights and ladies nights – both have large followings thanks to generous prizes and drinks deals respectively.

It can get very lively during football matches, and dancing on the bar, while discouraged, has been known to take place. It’s typically full of Brits, but occasionally attracts other nationalities. Food is predictable pub grub, but look out for their excellent deals on steak and wine combos.

This is a great bar that caters for everyone, from unpretentious food, reasonable drinks and a cool mix of ex pats, tourists annd multi national workers. The staff in this place offer the best service and smiles you could wish for, screens for football, comfortable furniture and a buzzingg atmosphere. your pretty much gonna have a good time what ever time you visit this place. its always got punters, and for good reasons. this is the oldest bar in town and they know what they are doing. its the place to base youself, granted you going to go and have a look at the newest talked about venue in town, you'll get ripped off, made to feel inferior whilst pretending to enjoy yourself. this place really has fun written all over it!!! Uk Dj's that can smash it and no entrance fee.
