Yet another failure on the marina walk! With such an extensive menu it's a dead give away that the food will not be up to any standard. when i asked the staff if the chef knew how to cook all these cuisines immediate response was "of course!" This however, was not the case.

The calamari were bland and the texture equivalent to any 10dhs frozen carrefour calamari pack. The rib-eye was ordered medium rare- sadly, this was never achieved. When the first one came out nearly blue, the manager apologized and assured me that the chef was capable of sending a new one cooked to medium rare perfection. on the second attempt, it reached the table unseasoned and completely well done. Accompanying the first steak was the "creamy" mash potatoes. They tasted like yesterdays leftovers with no seasoning and plenty of lumps. The second attempt was with wedges, yet another insult to food! the seasoning was nowhere to be found.

When this came to the managers attention, the usual question was asked, "so what do you want me to do about this mam/sir?"

extremely poor management with a severely dysfunctional kitchen makes this yet another failed Dubai restaurant. Such a shame since the prime location could easily keep me coming back time after time again.
