From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2011

This perennially popular fusion Japanese restaurant oozes coolness from every pore. The low-lit, vast and lofty space (the clue is in the name) is as sleek as it is seductive, with ambient lounge music creating a sophisticated vibe. But its inventive and accomplished menu means it’s not just your average cocktail crowd hangout. We recommend the pan-seared seabass with tagliatelle of cuttlefish and champagne cucumber – a feast for the eyes and palette. The less adventurous can mull over the expansive raw bar selection; set menus start at a very reasonable Dhs120.

A few innovations don't work, like the Snickers, peanut butter crème brûlée, cashew nut praline and frozen yoghurt – which are too sickly sweet and rich. But overall, we can find very little fault with Warehouse. Fresh ingredients, exquisite presentation and top service, in achingly hip surroundings, all combine to make this a leader in the pack. Top Time Out tip – don’t leave without sampling one of their signature mixed drinks!

Ate here last night at the lower level; the steak was one of the juiciest and most tender steaks I have ever had. All main courses ordered were delicious - the food took some time to come, but that was expected and it was totally worth it when it arrived. Great ambience! Will be back here again!

The garden is infested with mosquitos and we were bitten to death but they would not allow us inside as one of the party was wearing flip-flops (and despite our waiter telling us it was no problem). Ridiculous attitiude. There are vastly better places to spend my money.

Boy, am I glad to have come here last night. Continental food is served on the ground floor and asian fusion on the floor above. The place was almost full on a weekday.
Complimentary slices of bread and butter were served. The pan seared seabass was pure delight with crisp, salty skin complementing the flesh presented on a bed of small round potatoes, sausage and light cream gravy. Sausage and fish didn't jar rather the sausage acted like a palate cleanser after which you could savour afresh the next morsel of fish. Next was a smaller portion of another main course - tagliatelle with mixed seafood which included mussels, shrimp and squid. The flavour was intense and my guess would be a high sodium content for the dish.
Pan fried seabass Dhs95
Tagliatelle seafood(small) Dhs 40
Small bottle of water ?
NBD card entitles one to a 30% discount which translated to Dhs102.

Terrible service - we went for late evening snacks. We were seated outside. I ordered Squid Rings, my wife the prawn tempura and a glass of white wine. My squid came after about 15 minutes. No sign of the prawns, even after I had finished. When questioned, the waiter came out with some nonsense about the kitchen which served prawn tempura not opening till 11.00pm (we ordered at 10.40pm), then scurried off to check the order. The prawns arrived at 11.30, about 45 minutes after we ordered them. By that time the expensice wine that my wife ordered to go accompany them had been well and truly drunk. Truly appalling service.

Servise is ok....but the portions are SMALL and take ages to get to the table.

Basically....EXPENSIVE selection is limited and SLOW in delivery...for a brunch forget it...left there 1 hour ago and stopped by McDonalds for food on the wany home.....DONT GO HERE

Had a fantastic experience at this brunch, all you can drink Mojitos with excellent service, who can complain? The staff where always there to take orders for food or drinks even though they where rushed off their feet. The food would come quick and fast as well as the drinks and always with a smile. Will definitely be returning here very soon.

We normally dine in the le meridien buffet restaurant outside but we felt with the warmer weather would like to dine indoors, we headed to the warehouse. It has a rustic theme, with good music and ambience. The service is second to none from the beer garden to the dining and uptairs in the club. We had a drink in the beer garden, casually viewed the menu and we were seated at a table inside. Its a great place to start your weekend, the food is just delicious, beautiful rustic cookware, the food is fresh and very tasty. The chef went out of his way to treat us to mini tasters which were so delicious to say the least. Nothing was a problem, our order was to perfection, the drinks were chilled and the service was excellent. This is a place to chill in your jeans in the beer garden and enjoy some food or dress to impress upstairs where there is another restauant and a cocktail bar and club. Something for everyone, I think this place is yet to be discovered and I think when it does you won't get a seat. Value for money is excellent.
