From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2011

It has an incredible location in a modern Middle Eastern-esque, jaw dropping setting overlooking the romantic Dubai Fountain which has atmospheric water performances every 30min (It’s Time To Say Goodbye will occasionally belt out in the background as couples promenade along the waterways), and depending on where you are seated or if you crane your neck a little, you get a view of the Burj Khalifa as the waft of flavoured shisha goes through the air. Choose from the homely inside area or outside seating area, and children are most welcome. Prices are somewhat inflated because of the location, but not unaffordable. Most dishes are done surprisingly well for a touristy spot, service is fast and friendly, but you don’t feel like you are being rushed. We’d not recommend the rice wrapped vine leaves, as they’re overly bitter and mushy but the melt-in-the-mouth cheese sticks will keep you coming back.

I often come to this place for lunch, the food is very fresh and tasty! Their kebabs especially, are very good!

Worst service, took them ages to take our order. The food was bad, the shawarma platter was very disappointing.

I recently went to this very good Lebanese restaurant and i found the food to be very well prepared, very tasty and accompanied by a good and attentive service. The setting is really relaxing and i truly enjoyed my experience.
The home made lemonades were to die for and special note go to the Hummus and kebabs...Delicious. I recommend this venue for lunch or dinner anytime.

suprisingly i went to this restaurant in dubai mall before couple of years and the food tasted good. so this Rmadan, i took the kids and we went to their branch in sharjah.. and they said it is set menu 3 dishes only to choose from. the food had no taste at all...no spices no salt nothing at all...the bread is cold and not fresh. so i decided to order shawerma from the menu...and it was burned and old...it was disappointing.

Went for iftar with 2 friends. The service was great our waitress was knowledgeable and explained the dished to us. The mezzas we had before the main course were very filling and delicious, we almost did not have the main course but tried as well, also very nice and then came dessert, each dessert had a subtle taste of rose water. Will definitely go back. We sat outside and enjoyed the warm air and a bit of the fountain show.

A great place !!!!!!!!!! great service and food . Very friendly staff ; you can't compare it to other Lebanese restaurants , in every traditional dish you find something original and a unique touch . I definitely recommend it !!

Awful service, took an hour to serve the food though it wasn't packed.
Very poor value of money. Overpriced meals and the beverages were room temp. served 40 mins before food!
Will never come back..
Do not recommend this place.

Great location, but only just overlooking the end of the Dubai Fountain. Very tourisy spot, right next the the very noisy and busy footbridge to the Dubai Mall.

Meal sizes were medium and overcooked. The arabic breads were dry and served cold. They did not serve any complimentary pickled vegatables. The mint lemonade was very good, as was the Fatoush salad.

Had noisy young children running around the outdoor area.

Compared to all the other lebanese Restaurants around the fountain on Dubai Mall side like Al Hallab, Burj Al Hammam or Wafi Gourmet this one is not recommendable at all. Bread was not fresh and a bit dry - the grill not good and te starters ok - the service ok aswell.
If you want the best Lebanese Food go to Al Hallab - for the best fountain view and also good Lebanese food go to Wafi Gourmet and for something inbetween the two i recomment Burj Al Hammam.

Terrible service with unhelpful staff and badly run.
Food ok, much better restaurants close by.
Such a shame as the setting is fantastic, but will never go back there again.
