La Moda is a stylish Italian restaurant with terrace seating. The staff politely bustle around industriously, but getting their attention is not always a given. A substantial à la carte menu offers plenty of typically Italian dishes alongside some that show off the chef’s flair.

Aware of the needs of the health-conscious in a city that makes a sport of fine dining, a selection of options have been marked on the menu that are more balanced without compromising on taste. Of these, the octopus salad and salmon ravioli (making use of the oft-overlooked pea in a delicious accompanying sauce) comes highly recommended.

Those who have no interest in compromising their dining delight for the sake of a few calories should not forsake the cinnamon ice-cream-filled pancake that comes drizzled in a honey and orange glaze.The expansive wine and drinks list (is so extensive it almost has to be bound) should seal the indulgent deal.

A popular spot for a casual lunchtime meeting or social dinner in Italian style, La Moda offers authentically tasty food at reasonable prices.
