Steaks cooked from Argentine beef more than live up to an intensely South American billing created by Latin singers, tango dancers and, not least, an outstanding chef. The steaks are lean and, despite a lack of fat, flavoursome. For an even more authentic experience, order your meat churrasco-style – brought to your table on skewers and carved straight onto your plate. You may need to save room for the generous meat portions by avoiding the delicious bread basket and impressive starters, including creamy foie gras paté and tasty lentil soup. Finish your meal and take your drinks out onto the terrace overlooking JBR beach, but don’t forget to complete a lovely Latin experience by grabbing sombrero from the hat rack on your way outside. Olé!
