I am very disappointed with this restaurant. The manager was exteremly rude and he had no concern for us. The waiter that served us was the only good thing about the place and he will probably leave soon to a better run restaurant chain. The staff are not consistently trained and majority are rude and dont' seem happy - probably due to bad management. The food is average and is not traditional chinese food. My advice would be to go somewhere else, I certainly won't be returning.

I was a big fan of this place - tasty food, family friendly and located in a nice place, plus I really liked the overall internal decor. But recently some things have changed significantly ! Food lost half of it's sauces and was served in a random order - hot dishes first and 15 minutes later rice!!!!!!! In addition our server was just grooming around without bringing orders and actually taking additional ones ! On the background - super noise and too many people were pouring around ! Bill was the last killing stage - we've received only after 28 minutes!
I've given to this restaurant 3 chances and nothing changed. Is there any hope for better future? I think - no.

Love P.F. Chang's for its food which is always great! But very disappointed with service level at the restaraunt. There are so many waiters standing around the cashier desk doing nothing while we had empty dirty dishes on the edge of the table waiting to be taken away. One time I found my napkin being dirty with some white stains on it! The last time me and husband went there for a dinner few days ago, the entrees were brought separately which resulted in one of us eating while the second was just staring around... even though it was not very busy that day we had to wait quite some time to receive our drinks and had to ask 3 different people to bring our bill... 6 for food, 3 for service!

Love this place! The food is very very nice with lots of flavour. Order the chicken noodle soup to start, it's about 4 bowls' worth of food! Service great, price ok for Dubai.

I love the P.F. Chang outlets in the US and was expecting the same taste/quality here in Dubai, but was unfortunately severely disappointed. The service was very bad- we had to wait 15 minutes to be given a menu and 25 minutes to get the bill when we were done. The starters were good, but the main course taste and quality was below par. The food was cold for one, and lacked flavor too. Very average, don't think I will be returning here anytime soon.

I'm a regular at P.F. Chang, mostly in the USA but was pleasantly surprised with MOE. Everything is exactly consistent with the American ones, including the menu, food quality & taste, service, decor and even price (food in the US is quite cheap). The hot & sour soup is a usual starter (order the big bowl, you'll finish it with your friend(s), also the salt n pepper calamari, a different & interesting taste. Their mongolian Beef, and Dynamite shrimps are a very big hit. My favorite is the crsipy fish, with spicy sauce, crisp from outside and amazingly tender from the inside. We were never disapointed but most recently, we were super impressed with the MOE branch. The branch manager is very present and attentive, also very pleasant to talk with... I've seen him engaging in nice dialogue wih other tables, seemed appreciated.
Will be always a regular of PF Chang MOE...

Been there few times to both Mirdif and MOE branches. One of my very few favorites. Some of the excellent choices are the Dynamite and Lettuce Wraps for appetizers... Sweet &sour chicken, mongolian beef, orange peel shrimp for mains to name a few.

one of the best chinese restaurants in dubai. realy high quality food with an acceptable price tag . i would recomend the honey chicken its a delight

Amazing food, i go there atleast 4 times a month.

Their mongolian Beef, and Dynamite shrimps are a very big hit.

Everything else i tried such as the sesame chicken, changs spicy chicken, orange peel chicken were also great and tasty.

Not crazy about their spring rolls though
