Teatro
International eatery with vibrant atmosphere and regular promotions 44 Reviews

The low-lit setting and warm tones are inviting, the sharply juxtaposed icy air-conditioning setting leaves Teatro feeling like the Arctic Circle. Decked out in hues of red, mahogany and black, the restaurant trades mainly in Eastern dishes, from Thai starters like a tangy Tom Yam soup to more locally-flavoured mains such as grilled hammour. Carbohydrates form the main bulk of the menu, with numerous rice and noodle dishes taking centre stage – the only salad on the menu is the Caesar, which offers up a disappointing slither of chicken. The highlight, however, is the fresh sushi, which we’d recommend you stick to since some of the other options can be disappointing at best.
