The fantastic singer crooning sad love songs on broken hearts and forgotten lovers is apt – Rasoi, once our preferred destination for an excellent Indian meal in Deira, is now but a shadow of its former self. The decor and ambience is rustic chic done well, the menu extensive, and staff nothing short of friendly and efficient, but the food is...well, boring. Tikkas like the malai murgh see stringy chicken leave an unpleasant aftertaste and soups are pumped with colouring but little flavour. Rasoi’s saving grace has to be their mutton biryani. In fact, we’d recommend skipping everything else in favour of this fragrant, flavourful dish where the meat is delicously tender and rice cooked just right.

Food was good except for Panner related items, wherein the paneer was not properly cooked. All other items were good.
The ambience is good and has a friendly atmosphere.

during my first visit in Rasoi..we all enjoyed food and nice music on my 32nd birthday.really very nice decor and caring staff..keep it up Rasoi..will surely come after Ramzaan..all the best.

staff is co operative & always smiling....Music is excellent..Mr.Mehboob is really very talented singer..he can sing any type of song..old,new,ghazal,sufi,regional songs too...love to hear his singing always..all the best RASOI..

I'm member of coral since 5 years. I am renewing my membership only for rasoi restaurant. very good Ambience, a family restaurant in dubai ,good staff like Mr. Aleem and Mr. Prajul always co-operative. Excellent food, good music by Mr. Mehoob ali -a good singer .keep it up

Decor was very nice, food was good, the ambiance good and it was a good value. The outstanding part of our visit to this restaurant was the service. We had personal attention with recommendations for food to order. There are very few restaurants where we have had this level of service.

i came 2 dubai on visit basis..i enjoyed my visit..specially desert safari..i visited rasoi with my cousin..i was surprise to see the unique decor of the restaurant..nice staff..liked the food and enjoyed the live soulful music..next time i would like to come with my wife.

What would you do if you want to eat else where but want somebody serve you food like your family member does....???
What if you wanna go to a restaurant but want a sitting arrangement which does not let you feel as if you're in restaurant...??
What if you wanna listen to music while eating but don't want it too loud & noisy....??
Many Many Many of such questions... have only 1 answer.... & it is Rasoi... Very Homely atmosphere... a Romantic Ambiance with people like Aleem Ahmed & Prajul around .. with their warm hospitality you'll feel you are completely pampered.......

I would like 2 add my true comment tht i really liked the ambience & the decor of the Rasoi restra..food is delicious and reasonable rates too compare to other restaurants..thr should be more lighting at the entrance..Hotel should be easily visible from the distance... staff is very humble and lastly Music is awesome.i can say "1 man show"..all the best

I stayed in Hotel Coral Diea for two days ( last Thursday and Friday) on the reference of one of my business friends. I had a business dinner on Thursday in RASOI. Prompted by the great taste of food and absolutely friendly service, the entire team felt that our lunch meet on Friday also should be in RASOI only.

RASOI has great food and great people.

myself Ruby rehman..i visited once to rasoi restaurant..really liked the food and interior decor..theme based restra with mughlai dishes and assets..Music is really very touching and soulful..we listened arabic songs from an Indian singer..tht was really appreciable..need 2 get 1 lady hostess..i wish the staff all the best and suggest them to maintain its reputation & assets..

i am working for Petrofac International Ltd, Sharjah..we visited Rasoi thrice..firstly we never expected tht the decor of the restra will be so nice..and the veg..food we enjoyed a lot..as we are pure vegetarian..secondly the amazing music by Mr.Mehboob Ali..we saw him on TV reality shows too..very sweet voice and talented singer..lastly we wanna suggest tht the Rasoi staff is very less and the lighting system is little dim..rest is awesome and we would like to visit Rasoin again 4 sure..

visited many times..love the theme of the restaurant..food is good..
Mr.Prajul is very smart in servicing and always keep smiling..Music is wonderful..the singerMr.Mehboob Ali have a memory chip in his mind..good sense of music and gr8 song collectiona..would love to visit again and again..

we a nice week end in coral deira hotel rasoi is a lovely place for dine in lovely decor the staff was very good service excellent would love go agian specially i will try rajastani thali wooowww.

being Arabic i love indian dishes and i was surprised with family to enjoy indian food which they made less spicy .
Staff was very accomoadtive to my requests .private dining area for family like us should be there but they provided us a corner tabel with wooden partions . music was very good llive entertainer. i will defnetly come to this resturant again
