This colourful restaurant in Satwa’s Ramada Jumeirah Hotel is a great option for couples or groups of friends who can’t agree on a cuisine, with both Chinese, Thai and Japanese options. You may get slightly disheartened with the iPad menus, which definitely slow the process down a bit and are a bit fiddly in a dining situation, especially seeing as there are usually only one per table. Service can be a little slow, so be prepared to sit through a long lazy lunch or dinner. The decor gives the place a cheerful vibe (it almost looks like a rainbow exploded on the walls) and a glass-encased open kitchen will give you some entertainment if your dinner company begins to bore. The starter of wasabi prawns are engulfed in a mayo-wasabi sauce, but the Peking-style duck is a winner. It comes shredded on a large plate with hoisin sauce, tiny pancakes, cucumber and spring onion. There are a number of veggie options including garlic pak choi, which sits well over steamed jasmine rice.

I read the review and decided to see for myself as i live in the area.
WOW. I love Asian food and eat out quite a bit, however, this was better than i could have imagined. For starters i ordered the Wasabi prawns and my wife ordered Thai Fish cakes.... absolutely amazing. The taste of the wasabi prawns was just right, not too much wasabi, just enough to give you the warm sensation in your mouth.
For mains we ordered to share the Weeping Tiger (Beef) and Steamed Seabass. Once again the aroma that followed the food once placed infront just made our mouths water. This said, the taste again was to die for. Seasoned perfectly and the sauce that came with each dish was amazing.
Definately somewhere i will be going back to, quite regularly. I am glad i saw this place for myself.

I actually found it a nice place for friends gathering, coz it felt relaxed and informal. Food was great, I had tried wasabi prawn in other places(coz I love Japanese food) and I thought it was nice but this was amazing. I had the duck salad which I shared with my partner and wow, it was really good. portion wise it just perfect, I'd definetely will try something else next time. superb

I love Thai food and for me this is one of the better Thai (Asian) restaurants in the area and very well priced.
As the hotel is new & a bit quiet the waiting staff for a little too in your face. However, not to ruin our meal my husband very politly mentioned to the waitress that we don't like fuss and that if we had any problems with the food we'd tell them. Done, didn't get hassled once after that.
So far i've enjoyed the beef in black pepper sauce, green curry, weeping tiger, prawn spring roll (starter) and the nasi goreng.
I'd certainly recommend it
