From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009
More of a straight-up bar than a restaurant, this alfresco venue is on top of the One & Only Royal Mirage hotel, allowing for some fairly impressive views of Dubai’s Media City.
Bar snacks, most of which are Arabic, all of which are consistently good, are served from 7pm onwards, although the portions are small, so it’s probably not a good idea to plan on sharing them with your pals.
Other than that, there isn’t really a huge amount to say about the place. If you’re in the vicinity – by which we mean literally in the hotel – then it’s worth stopping by. But The Roof Top is one of many similar venues, and its out-of-the-way location means that – plush seating and solid snacks aside – there is very little to draw you in here.
